How do I place an order?

Ordering is easy! Simply visit the AAD Store at shop.aad.org, sign in to your AAD account (or create one), and start shopping.

I’m an AAD member. How do I get my member discount?

AAD members always receive 25% off retail pricing for AAD products*. To access your member discount, simply sign in to your AAD account before shopping. Once logged in, eligible products will automatically display your discounted member pricing.

*AAD apparel and merchandise not included in discount. 

Where can I purchase AAD apparel and merchandise?

The AAD Signature Collection is AAD’s official apparel and merchandise collection, featuring premium apparel, bags, hats, drinkware, and more. AAD apparel and merchandise are available through American Solutions for Business (ASB) at aadgear.com 

Other AAD products including patient education pamphlets, Annual Meeting On-Demand, and educational resources, continue to be available through the AAD Store at shop.aad.org.

Do I need a username or password to shop the apparel store?

No. The AAD Signature Collection store does not require a username or password.

Payment & Promotions

What payment methods do you accept at shop.aad.org?

We currently accept:

  • Visa 
  • MasterCard

  • Google Pay 
  • Shop Pay
When will my card be charged?

Most payment methods are charged within approximately 7 days of placing your order, including pre-orders and backorders.

Can I charge apparel purchases to a cost center?

At this time, cost center billing is not available for AAD Signature Collection purchases.

How do I use a promo code?

At checkout, select “Add discount” and enter your promo code.

Please note:

  • Some discounts, like AAD member pricing, are automatically applied. 
  • Promo codes may expire or only apply to select items, check terms on each promotional piece for specific details.

Shipping & Delivery

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated based on item weight, shipping method selected, and delivery destination You’ll see your exact shipping cost during checkout before placing your order.

How long will it take to receive my order?

For in-stock AAD Store items, please allow 5-7 business days for processing before shipment.

For AAD apparel and merchandise, most items are made to order and typically ship within approximately 3 weeks. Items marked “Ships Fast” may arrive sooner. 

Once your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes! When shopping on shop.aad.org, domestic customers can select during checkout:

  • FedEx 2Day® 
  • FedEx Standard Overnight®
Do you ship internationally?

Yes. International shipping is available for both AAD Store products and AAD apparel and merchandise.

International shipping costs vary based on destination and items ordered. Additional customs fees, taxes, or duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. 

AAD apparel orders ship directly from American Solutions for Business.

  • U.S. orders typically arrive within 3 weeks.
  • International orders may require additional shipping time. For shipping costs and timeframes to your country, contact aadhelp@americanbus.com.
What if I have P.O. Box?

AAD Store purchases cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes.

AAD apparel and merchandise shipping options may vary based on the item ordered and fulfillment method, P.O boxes may not be available.

Why did my apparel order arrive in multiple shipments?

Some apparel and merchandise items require different production timelines, so orders may arrive in separate packages depending on the items selected.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We stand behind the quality of our products. Unopened AAD Store items purchased through shop.aad.org may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable 
  • Digital downloads are non-refundable 
  • Subscription products are non-refundable 

For AAD apparel and merchandise, all sales are final because items are custom-produced and embroidered specifically for each order. We recommend reviewing sizing charts and product details carefully before purchasing.

What if I ordered the wrong apparel item or size?

Because AAD apparel items are custom made to order, returns and exchanges are not available. We recommend double-checking your selections and reviewing size charts before placing your order.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return has been approved, refunds for eligible AAD Store purchases typically take 3–4 weeks to process and appear on your account.

This timeframe includes:

  • Return processing 
  • Refund approval 
  • Bank or credit card processing times

Product Care & Wear

How should I wash and care for AAD apparel?

For best results, wash garments inside out in cold water to help preserve the AAD logo and keep apparel looking its best longer.

Apparel Statement

AAD branded apparel may not be worn in the endorsement or promotion of products or services featured in any medium unless authorized in writing by the Academy.
