This live event is designed to expand on the popular workshops offered at other AAD meetings. In an intimate setting, you'll practice injection techniques alongside our expert faculty on subcutaneous head models, ask questions, watch live patient demonstrations and gain the confidence to offer in-demand cosmetic services in your practice.

By completing my registration, I agree to comply with the AAD meeting policies and deadline dates . I certify that all information provided now, and during the course of the meeting, is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge. I understand any misstatements or inaccuracies presented could result in my removal from the meeting and revocation of my meeting credentials for the current and future AAD meetings. Waiver and Release: I understand that my participation in the event involves a certain degree of risk of loss, harm or injury to my person or property, including, but not limited to, harm from contracting viruses, acts of God, theft, fire or accident. I also understand and acknowledge that participation in this event is entirely voluntary and that the American Academy of Dermatology (AAD) requires attendees to abide by any applicable rules of conduct or local or state laws that may be announced at any time before or during the event, which may include wearing personal protective gear, engaging in social distancing, agreeing to temperature checks or other health-related testing requirements, or providing proof of vaccination status. While AAD is the sponsor of this event and takes commercially reasonable steps to require the event facility to maintain the venue in a safe and healthy condition, I understand and acknowledge that AAD has no direct control over and is not responsible for the acts or omissions of the facility or others involved in producing this event. I have carefully considered the risk involved in attending this event and waive and release AAD and all its officers, directors, employees, staff, volunteers, faculty, and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, injuries, or expenses (including attorney’s fees) that I may incur from my participation in this event. I agree and acknowledge that this waiver and release (1) shall be binding on me, my heirs, family, estate, representatives, and assigns and (2) is intended to be as broad as permitted under applicable law, and each waiver or provision herein is severable and shall apply notwithstanding the invalidation of any other provision herein. I also agree to indemnify and hold harmless AAD and its officers, directors, employees and agents (Indemnified Parties) from any and all third party claims, actions, suits, procedures, costs, expenses, damages and liabilities, including attorney’s fees, brought against the Indemnified Parties as a result of my own acts, omissions and involvement in the meeting and to reimburse them for any such expenses incurred.
